Corvette Club donates nearly $13,000 to causes

Members of the Mahoning Valley Corvette Club participated in a work day at Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley, where they put labels on 2,520 cans of green beans
The Mahoning Valley Corvette Club recently announced its charitable giving for 2025, which was made possible through its annual show, which took place June 29 at Greenwood Chevrolet in Austintown.
The club also partners with the National Packard Museum to put on its annual car show, with took place July 26 at the museum in Warren.
Through the proceeds from the annual car show, the MVCC donated $12,950 to the following agencies:
- Purple Cat’s Gabba Camp, $5,000
- Second Harvest Food bank, $3,000
- Phoenix of Mahoning Valley, $1,500
- 5K for JK (Early Onset Parkinson’s), $1,000
- Beatitude House, $500
- Silver Lining Cancer Fund, $500
- American Legion, $500
- Top Hat Productions, $500
- Salem Concert Series, $300
- The Gathering Place, $75
- Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley, $75
The club also earned $5,492 from the Packard Museum car show, which they will put back into their charitable giving fund.

Stuff the Corvette Event at Greenwood November 2024
Between their three departments (Sales, Body Shop and Service) and MVC we contributed 3932 pounds of food for Second Harvest Food Bank. Greg Greenwood then donated $25,000 to them. The combination will provide 128,430 meals to families in need.
