On a rainy day in April 2026, forty members of Mahoning Valley Corvettes piled into a charter bus bound for the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Stops along the way included the Montgomery Inn in Cincinnati and Buc-ee’s in Kentucky.

The first day at their destination, they enjoyed a guided tour of the Corvette Museum, viewing hundreds of cars from 1953 to the present. Many members stopped at the gift shop for souvenirs. After lunch, they went to the Motor Track and drove the latest Corvettes around a 4-mile track. Returning to the museum, members tried their skills in Corvette simulators, then relaxed with a buffet dinner.

On day two the bus was off to Nashville, Tennessee. First stop was The Grand Ole Opry, where members were provided a back-stage tour of the facility. After stopping at the Opry gift shop, the group walked to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. The view of the lobby was amazing. Then the bus next took everyone to downtown Nashville to see the neon lights, listen to bands and sample the local cuisine.
